We arrived at the hotel late at night and the staff warmly welcomed us, despite the inconvenience. They even offered us tea to make us feel at home. Our spacious rooms were perfect for our family of four, and the riad's authentic atmosphere added to our experience. The basic Moroccan breakfast was tasty and the rooftop terrace with its city view was a hidden gem. we had a pleasant and authentic stay at this riad. I highly recommend it.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value for our money. The room was comfortable and the interior of the riad was beautiful, with a plunge pool and an open atrium. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but still central to everything we wanted to visit. The staff, especially Zaq and Mahdi, were welcoming and incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations and even taking care of our luggage after check-out. Watching the sunrise from the terrace was a memory I'll cherish. I'll definitely be returning to this riad.
The breakfast selection could have been better, with more variety and options available.

The service - Bruno had upgraded us to a suite and kindly did not charge us for the additional bed. He was a friendly host who was very happy to help us with any queries. Also we had to leave very early the next day before their normal breakfast time, but they still provided us with breakfast and despite him saying that it would have to be a basic breakfast, he still gave us chocolate croissants and fresh juice! The courtyard was gorgeous with rugs, cushions and candles that you really enjoyed spending time there. Price was really great value for what you received.
I found one two many hairs (that were not mine) in the bed (they possibly could have come off the rug but not sure) and there was still hair in the shower drain. Speaking of the drain, it was tiny and because of the hair that was there the shower flooded easily. I didnt like the shower either because it was a hand held one, but all the hotels in Morrocco that I stayed at had the same issue.

quiet place in a buzzy town, staf is very kind and make you feel at home, atmosphere in hotel in nice. Interesting places are all easy to reach, also by walking. We arrived in the night in the airport and taxi was arranged by the hotel. Tea and sweet things while we were waiting for the taxi when we left was a nice attention. If we come back to Marrakech, we'll come back to Dar Crystal.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was superb, with the hotel being very close to many key sights and monuments. It was also quite close to the Bahia palace, which was a great bonus. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay, from providing basic amenities to promptly attending to our requests. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and had good air conditioning, which was much appreciated in the hot weather. I particularly loved the room on the top floor by the terrace, as it offered a beautiful view. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight, with fresh squeezed juice and the option to ask for more hot water.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The hotel is located not so far away from the central square. The owner was very helpful, he gave us a better room at no additional cost. The breakfast is delicious.
Since the windows overlook the interior yard, one can be disturbed by noisy and smoking guests. The noise of the 4:25 mullah prayers cannot be avoided.

Well I booked Dar Crystal on the net from my Hotel whilst staying in Casablanca, and I found it a truly terrific place to stay, the girls were wonderful, from the moment I got there, and did all possible to make it what is was, thankfully I can speak Spanish and a little Arabic. And as for Bruno . . . I felt I had known him for years. To all who want to stay . . . well go and enjoy. The breakfast was huperb. Thank you one and all. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and included a variety of options to choose from. The rooftop terrace had a nice view and was relaxing to hang out at. The hotel was located in a central spot, which made getting around the city easy and convenient. The rooms were well-decorated and clean.
The building was located in a confusing and rather unsafe neighborhood, which made it difficult to find and uneasy to navigate at night. The soundproofing in the rooms was inadequate, so I was constantly woken up by loud street noises.

The hotel is located right in the city center, close to the main attractions like the Bahia palace. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Nabil. The rooms have good air conditioning and are spacious, with a tub in the bathroom. The breakfast includes fresh squeezed juice and is a great way to start the day.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
